REMOVAL: Removal times are stated in the auction information. Failure to remove the items purchased by the end of business day of the last available pickup date will result in forfeiture of purchases with no refund. Seller is not responsible for providing tools or equipment to aid in removal. PAYMENT: Payment is due immediately once notified of winning bid. An invoice will be automatically generated and emailed to you. PICK UP: Friday October 30, 2020 from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, by APPOINTMENT ONLY. We will send you an email with a link to make your appointment online. Both Previews and Removals are by APPOINTMENT ONLY. If you would prefer to have a condition report of a particular lot or item, please contact us by phone or email. Removals MUST be conducted by appointment only in order to maintain social distancing. We do not have staff available to assist you in moving heavy items. You must bring your own helpers for larger items. Bring boxes and wrapping paper if you are picking up fragile items - most items are not packed or wrapped.
